U.S. ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We design high-quality pieces for you to love and wear season after season. In the off chance that your item(s) did not work out this time, we accept returns on full-price items within 30 days of ship date in original condition and with tags attached. WE DO NOT ACCEPT IN/ONE STORE RETURNS AT INONESTYLE.COM.
• Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment, less any shipping costs.
• Items purchased at a discount are Final Sale with the exception of full price product purchased with a discount code.
• All returned product must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all manufacturers tags attached.
• Any special packaging, accessories, or attachments that were included with your item(s) must also be returned.
• Please note, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your return amount.
• Any credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
• Only items purchased from www.inonestyle.com will be accepted for return.

RETURNS OF ONLINE-STORE PURCHASES
We gladly accept full price, new, unworn and unused merchandise with original tags for a refund or exchange within 30 days of ship date with original store receipt. SALE PURCHASES: All marked down items are ineligible for refund or exchange. DONATIONS TO CHARITY PURCHASES: All items purchased as a donation to charity are ineligible for refund or exchange.
U.S. ONLINE STORE SALE PURCHASES POLICY
Items purchased on sale are Final Sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions. Additionally, no promotion codes can be applied to the sale items. In/One does not extend price adjustments or partial refunds on orders made prior to the promotion. Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Customer service will contact you via email if an item has been backordered or if there are any other issues with your order. U.S. ONLINE STORE EXCHANGES POLICY
We are pleased to offer EXCHANGES on full priced purchases depending on availability.
We accept exchanges on full-price items within 30 days of receipt in original condition and with tags attached. Any special packaging, accessories, or attachments that were included with your item(s) must also be returned. Only items purchased from www.inonestyle.com will be accepted for exchange. Any remaining balance refund from an exchange order will be issued to the original form of payment. In addition, any credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser. Items purchased at a discount are Final Sale and ineligible for exchange.

U.S. ONLINE STORE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES INSTRUCTIONS
Our exchange process is convenient and easy.
Step 1- Please email us to customerservice@inonestyle.com to initiate the return/exchange process, and get your return label and RA#.
Step 2 –Pack your item(s) in their original packaging along with the return form that was included with your order.
Step 3 – Attach your shipping label and drop it off at your nearest location.
Step 4- Await the new order to be processed and shipping by IN/ONE. We will send you an email once your exchange order has been shipped and delivered, along with email notification when the return has been received and processed.
U.S. PAYPAL RETURNS
If PayPal was used as your method of payment, we will refund your order according to our policy with the following exceptions:
1. If you would like a refund back to your PayPal account, your merchandise must be returned to inonestyle.com. Once processed, your refund should be posted in your PayPal account within 24 hours of receiving the refund confirmation email.
2. If you need to make an exchange for a different item, color or size, please return your item for refund and place a new order for the preferred item. A credit for standard ground shipping can be provided upon shipment of your new order by contacting Customer Service at customerservice@inonestyle.com.
